All new complete systems supplied by MO TEAM are 'CE CERTIFIED' with full documentation including an EC Declaration of Conformity. Part systems and assemblies supplied by MO TEAM have a declaration of Incorporation and relevant documentation.

The machinery directive was implemented in the UK as THE SUPPLY OF MACHINERY (SAFETY) REGULATIONS 1992. New machinery and other equipment must satisfy the Essential Health & Safety Requirements (EHSR's) of the Directive. A Declaration of Conformity must accompany the equipment. Machinery in particular must carry the CE Marking, which indicates a claim of conformity for all relevant product directives.
